Calthorpe Estates
Fully restored historic buildings within the Estate and Edgbaston Conservation Area for use as new offices
The current building was built as a furniture factory in the 1930s and incorporated a neighbouring Victorian factory. On the corner of two main streets there was a Barclays Bank and a shop.
Like many buildings in the area it had been vacant for many years and its condition deteriorated.
The factory has now been transformed into retail and restaurants on the ground floor with apartments on the upper three floors.
