Harborne
A small development of 5 luxury detached houses located in Harborne in Harborne Old Village Conservation Area
Grade II Listed and within a Conservation Area this large detached 3 storey Regency house built with a separate coach house stands in its own plot on the Calthorpe Estate in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
This property was restored and completely refurbished by the current owner after years of neglect.
The project included reroofing, repairing and repainting stucco, designing and fitting new bathrooms, replacement internal doors and large library bookcase in the main house.
The Coach House was restored and extended to provide garaging, a separate annexe with full facilities for habitable use and a greenhouse.
The garden was restored and landscaped with new steps and ramps, traditional flag stone paving and terraces with soft landscaping to the front and rear gardens.
