Upcoming Developments
New housing developments on the drawing board or under construction
Aspen Fields is a small development of eight houses with 3 affordable 2-bedroom homes in a terrace with garages and parking fronting the main road and 5 larger detached houses with their own gardens and garages. The site layout is designed to fit into the existing village setting and is surrounded by mature trees and open countryside.
The houses are individually designed to match the client’s requirements and are built in natural stone with brick chimneys and window arches reflecting the older traditional houses in the village. The design includes quality landscaping with plots defined by hedging, estate fencing and stone walls.

The design, details and working drawings were all by Mike Lapworth and his team who obtained planning permission and building regs approval.
All of the houses were sold off plan prior to completion on site.
