New housing developments in Stow on the Wold, Chipping Camden, and Broadway.

Mike Lapworth designed and obtained Planning Permission for the projects on behalf of Spitfire Bespoke Homes.

Badgers Field was a vacant site and Berrington Mill was on the site of a former horticultural nursery and included 2 houses for the former owners of the nursery.

Ashton House in the centre of Stow on the Wold was the redevelopment of a site previously occupied by a Council Care Home which had closed.

All of the houses are in natural stone and designed in a traditional Cotswold style.
