Haseley Manor
Award winning restoration and redevelopment of a large grade II listed manor house in Warwickshire. Planning consent was obtained to convert the Manor into 13 apartments and to build 9 new houses
Far Hills is a client led bespoke restoration project of an old detached and neglected cottage set overlooking a valley in the Cotswolds.
The project has created a new access and drainage to the site and to build extensions to provide larger living accommodation for the clients. The work has included stripping out the whole building and floors to deal with damp problems, building a new stone slate roof and to provide a new kitchen, study, utility room, boot room and plantroom with 3 new bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor.
The existing timber garage and outbuildings are to be demolished and will be replaced by a stone outbuilding with garaging and parking, a garden store at ground level and accommodation over. A new courtyard is to be created between the garage outbuilding and the house.
The garden will be landscaped to make the most of the views from the rooms at the rear of the property.
